Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using OMNIS (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

OMNIS may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

OMNIS is an educational, personal consciousness-exploration platform. It offers audio protocols (binaural, isochronic, frequency-based), breathwork practices, meditation, dream journaling, introspection tools, and AI-assisted features.

OMNIS is NOT a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and must not be used as a substitute for professional care.

You must be 18 or older, or between 16 and 18 with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Platform is not directed at users under 16.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Consult a healthcare professional before using intense breathwork, cold exposure, or audiovisual stimulation protocols, especially if you have epilepsy or photosensitivity, heart or blood-pressure conditions, respiratory disorders, are pregnant, have a psychiatric condition, or take medication.

Some protocols include flashing lights (photic stimulation) that may trigger seizures in photosensitive individuals. Do NOT use these features while driving or operating machinery.

Never practice breathing exercises or breath-holding in or near water, or while driving. If at any point you feel dizzy, in pain, or unwell, stop immediately. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Features such as session reports, dream analysis, tarot interpretations, and insights are generated using third-party AI models. Their output is for guidance only, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Do not make important decisions based solely on AI-generated content within the Platform.

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share your access; (b) scrape or extract data through unauthorized automation; (c) attempt to breach the Platform's security; (d) upload illegal or harmful content, or content that infringes third-party rights; (e) use the Platform for purposes other than those intended.

OMNIS offers a free plan and paid plans (Premium and Lab). Paid subscriptions are processed through a third-party provider (Stripe) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal.

You may cancel at any time from your account; you will retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Prices may change; any change will be announced and will apply starting with the next billing period.

OMNIS's software, design, text, audio, and other original content are owned by OMNIS or its licensors and are protected under applicable law.

OMNIS is an independent platform. The techniques and methods referenced for educational purposes (including, among others, CE-5, the Wim Hof Method, the Gateway Experience, or the work of Joe Dispenza or Ramtha) are trademarks or materials of their respective owners (CSETI, Innerfire BV, The Monroe Institute, Encefalon Inc., Ramtha's School of Enlightenment). OMNIS is not affiliated with nor endorsed by those entities; module names are original interpretations.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (notes, dreams, voice recordings, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide you the service (for example, to generate your reports or analyses).

You are responsible for the content you upload and for holding the rights necessary to do so.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally limited.

You may close your account at any time. OMNIS may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
